  • Download the MindBody App, search for Method and you will then have access to our entire schedule and receive notifications (make sure those are turned on!)

    You can start by purchasing the plan that works best for you under “View Pricing"! Once you have done that, you can find the class and time that work for you under "View Schedule".

    This can be done on our website as well!

  • We are located at 259 S. Maple St. (Behind the Library). For Parking, you can park on S. Maple or access the parking lot behind the building located off S. Central Ave.

    Look for the Yellow building!

  • Yes! We find that this is easiest way for you to book, reschedule, and communicate with us! Make sure your notifications are turned on!

  • We provide all of the equipment you will need, even exercise mats. However, feel free to bring your own mat!

    We do have a water refilling station, so bring reusable water bottle! Proper shoes are required for Sweat HIIT, Sweat Circuit, and Strength & Stretch 55+

  • We offer many different types of plans, and all are good 30 days from day of purchase! Plans can be purchased with a later start date if needed. Contact us for more info on this

  • 1) What does it mean to join the “Waitlist”? Once a class is fully booked, we allow for up to 3 people to be put on a waitlist in case a spot opens up!

    2) What happens when a spot opens up?

    If a spot opens, the 1st person on the waitlist will be notified via the MindBody App and/or email. They will have 15 minutes to claim this spot, and then it will go to the next person in line (and so on). If no one on the waitlist claims that spot, it will open back up to all of our clients.

    3) Does joining the “Waitlist” use a class from my plan?

    No. Joining the waitlist doesn’t take any classes from your current plan. Only when you are notified of a cancellation and book that class, will it take one of your sessions. If you have no sessions available or no active plans, it will prompt you to pay before booking

  • If a class is showing as "Full" on the app or website, that means all of the class spots and waitlist spots are full! For more information on the waitlist, please see the "What is a waitlist?" FAQ.

  • You are able to cancel via the MindBody App by selecting "cancel" on your bookings page as follows:

    ALL CLASSES have an 8-hour cancellation policy. We ask that you cancel at least 8 hours in advance. This ensures that you will not lose a session and allows for clients on the waitlist to book.

    If you have purchased a Pricing Plan, your class will go back to your account and you can be used later.

    If you purchased as "single session" at checkout, please contact us to reschedule.

  • We do not offer refunds, but are willing to help you reschedule a class! See our cancellation policy FAQ on how to do this. Or, Contact us!

  • First, always consult a physician prior to starting a new fitness program.

    All of our classes can be modified for varying fitness levels! If you have concerns, please reach out and we can get you in touch with one of our instructors. You can let them know of any injuries, concerns, etc.

    Pliates Sweat is an advanced class, so starting with a Pilates intro class or Pilates Reform is required.

  • An infrared sauna uses a dry heat to warm your body from the inside out while offering such health benefits like weight loss, increased metabolism, temporary muscle pain relief, better sleep, detoxification, reduced appearance of cellulite, joint pain/stiffness, stress & fatigue reduction, and improved skin. Detox and rejuvenate with a 30 minute session in our infrared sauna with chromotherapy and red light therapy.

  • We offer sauna single sessions and a monthly & annual Sauna package (as will as monthly and annual Method Unlimited!). Once you have purchased one of those, you will be able to book your sauna session just as you would a group fitness or pilates class!

    What to wear...

    All of our sauna sessions allow for up to 4 people at a time, so we recommend clothing that you will be comfortable sitting in and sweating in! (birthday suits not recommended...lol).

    How long do I Sit?

    If new to sauna, you should start slowly and build up over time. It is recommended that you sit for 30 min or less! Bring lots of water to stay hydrated.

  • Due to the high demand of our classes and the number of spots available, we have a "no-show" policy for all members.

    All of our classes now have an 8-hour cancellation policy. We ask that if you know you will not be able to attend class, you please cancel ASAP. This ensures that you won't lose a session and allows for our waitlisted clients to book.

    If a client is a "no-show" for two consecutive class reservations, Method reserves the right to cancel all remaining booked classes. You will still retain these classes in your account (until your plan expiration date). You will be responsible for rebooking the classes you can attend. We thank you in advance for your understanding. We strive to make Method a positive environment and place to help you achieve your health and wellness goals, and hope this new policy will allow all of our clients to attend the classes they wish to take.

  • If you wish to pause your autopay membership at any point there will be a $50 charge per month.

    Method will not be extending any packages for spring or fall break. As a member, you will continuously pay your monthly dues and we will continuously provide perks to you as members.
