Weight Room

Enjoy our weight room that includes some of the best equipment with a clean, fresh feeling to continue building strong and healthy bodies. The studio feel will carry over to our weight room: positive, encouraging and detailed attention to each of our clients. Michelle Cooper is our newest group class instructor and in studio certified personal trainer.

Weight room Options:

1:1 hourly training sessions- $50/hr

1:2 hourly training sessions- $25 per person/hr

Open weight room, no guidance- $45 per month

Initial consultation with Michelle to establish goals- $25
